Squaw Valley Creek is a smallish creek in the Shasta- Trinity National Forest near the McCloud Reservoir
and along the way to the Lower McCloud River. The creek is lined with beautiful plants like the Umbrella
plant of the Indian Rhubarb, which are great holding spots for trout looking for some protection and shade.
You are bound to run into more hikers than fly fishers along this beautiful creek.
